Lease

All named prices are for a week.

Before and After season:

In this period electricity is not included in the lease price.

Low season:

High season:

Other periods on request.
 

All prices include:

- gas, water, electricity, telephone

- dishwasher products

- maintenance of swimming pool and grounds

- use of bedding, kitchen towels and tea towels

- Excluded final cleaning € 85,00, or it has to be done yourself
 

Down payment:

Upon receipt of the invoice a down payment of 50% of the lease sum is required.

The remnant of the lease sum needs to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the lease on the bank account of Rocoin.
 

Credit:

At arrival € 250,00 in cash or checks.

Arrival and departure:

Arrival:        Saturday at 16.00 p.m.

Departure:    Saturday at 10.00 a.m.
